“Hotel and staff are really friendly ensuring that we had a great stay. Great location right near jungle beach, which the staff offer a free shuttle service to. The breakfast is really nice and the property overlooks great views of Galle lighthouse. PickMe offers cheap Tuk Tuks/taxis to unawatuna/ galle. Overall had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend! ”

“Isolée au fond d une toute petite impasse cette guesthouse est protégée des bruits de la rue. Accueil souriante de la gérante un bébé dans les bras qui pleurera toute la nuit événement isolé évidemment. Première nuit dans la chambre du RdC sans fenêtre ou il a fallu réclamer la clim pourtant comprise dans ma réservation, plutôt bruyante donc. Deuxième nuit a l étage dans un petite chambre avec balcon plus calme, mais sans rideaux occultants. J ai un gros doute sur le fait que les draps aient été……

Hotel did not advise they did not accept credit and then staff became annoyed when we took too long to find a bank machine. “A gorgeous spot a little back from the beach (about 1km) but walkable, and easy to get tuktuks. No frills rooms that were delightful. Super friendly hosts who are very familiar with the area and can offer advice and recommendations if needed. The most fabulous breakfast selection each morning, always with variation. Would love to return and totally recommend this spot. ”

“This is a lovely family owned guest house with clean rooms, good food, and amazing hosts. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I am frequently in Hikkaduwa and every time I book here without hesitation. Highly recommend it. The only downside is it is right near the train tracks and you will be waken in the morning by the whistles and rush of the train going by- but if you're an early bird or get back to sleep it's totally worth it.”

“We came as a family of 9 people and found the villa to be unclean and not as described! There were no tv screens in the bedrooms, rooms were smelly and showers did not always work. We had to ask for the water to be pumped through! Air conditioning was sporadic in the bedrooms and the kitchen area was inadequately equipped, old stuff that was broken! The manager did replace the kettle and toaster and took away the dangerous looking microwave. There were not enough outside chairs for all of us or……
