The hotel is in a relatively quite area. It has very few shops arounds and a beach within walking distance. But accessing the night life areas requires a vehicle. The room was clean, very spacious, quiet and in good condition. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! After booking the classic one bedroom villa I reached out to request that our villa have a full size refrigerator and separate freezer, upon arrival we were delighted to see that our request was honored and we were upgraded to a two bedroom villa! The location is quiet and peaceful with lush greenery surrounding the patio, the villa is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with Buddha imagery, the cleaning staff are incredibly meticulous and thorough, and dogs are allowed to stay for free. Overall we have had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back on the next trip to Sami.

Had a 2 bedroom villa on our stay. Very clean and quiet. Walkable to the lovely beach nearby and the street with shopping and dining options. Service was excellent. Had an air conditioner fail and was promptly fixed. Each villa is surrounded by greenery that gives some natural beauty and privacy. Beware of mosquitoes though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night! The villa is impeccable, and the service is excellent. The only thing we would change is the mattresses, as they are quite firm, and we can feel the springs. Other than that, everything is a 10—spacious, beautiful, quiet, and equipped with a complete kitchen to cook whatever you desire. Plus, it's just a few blocks from the beach

Oh so lovely

Stayed in 1-bedroom villa which was very roomy. Resort is quiet and lush (perfect). The staff is super helpful. It's only a 5-min walk to the beach. The area suited me because it was halfway between Fisherman's Village and Chaweng. It's a small town, consisting of one main road of businesses. Perfect if you are travelling solo or just want to get away from hustle and bustle. Beach is beautiful. Would stay again.

A well maintained budget property but the location is less than ideal. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk on an incline road (not steep) with no sidewalks, a bit dangerous. The reception is only open 8-8 and breakfast food only/sandwiches until noon. You have to walk into town to get food and snacks, about 10 minute walk. Mr Eung restaurant is across the road but you have to book a table to ensure you can get dinner there. I wanted to like this hotel based on the great reviews and I realize it’s a budget price but I didn’t fully realize the location issues. We moved to another budget hotel directly on the beach with a restaurant open all day/evening.

I really enjoyed my time in this place. The resort is very nice, you truly feel like in a tropical paradise. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, with nice Thai style accessories. I stayed in their hotel room which was specious with nice balcony. They also have villas with kitchen and patio. I asked to look at one and it looked very nice. Location was perfect for me, short walk to a very nice beach that is very pretty and not crowded. The beach had good choice of cafe and restaurants, as well as massage places. You can easily get to other beaches and tourist attractions within 5-10 minutes by renting bike, car (easy to rent car at the airport), shared taxi, or Navigo app (similar to Uber). The resort has a very nice restaurant but there are also many other choices in the area from high end restaurants to authentic Thai street food.
