Laem Sor Pool Villas(Villas29)

New luxury modern pool villa situated at the peaceful Laem Sor village in the south of Koh Samui.The infinity saltwater pool(9x4)has a shallow area for the kids and a relaxing jacuzzi shelf at one end.It is only a short stroll to the quite golden beaches with local laid back beach bars and restaurants,this is the Samui of 20 years ago.


The villa is set over two floors in a walled and gated garden with covered private parking for two cars.The ground floor has one bedroom leading out to the pool and an open plan dining,kitchen and lounge area.The dining table seats six and there is a further dining table in the covered outside terrace over looking the pool.The kitchen comes with all modern appliances including microwave and there is a further outside kitchen with sink and gas hob to the rear,ideal if you want a chef to cook for you.
The house faces the infinity salt water pool(9x4m) which has a smaller shallow area for the kids and a jacuzzi seating area.The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and an outside shower.There is also a ground floor bathroom(with shower) downstair next to the bedroom.

The second floor has two bedrooms,both accessing a large terrace(8.5mx7m) with sun chairs and beanbags.This area remains in the sun for the whole day.
Each of the bedrooms has a 55inch curved smart tv as does the lounge area with also has a Sonos speaker.The main bedrooms has a shower and bath,while the rest have showers.


The villas is set on a development of three properties.As well as private garden,there is also a large garden to the rear leading down to a number of bamboo huts and Sala by a small stream.This is a great place to chill out in the shade of the trees.
