Dear Guest, We are sorry to hear that the beach and restaurant options did not live up to your expectations. Samrong Beach is one of the most pristine and idyllic beaches on the island and usually a highlight for our guests. And whilst we don’t have a private restaurant at Samui Bayside Villas we have three restaurants within a short walk, including at Six Senses Samui Resort which is regarded as one of the best dining experiences on the island. We regret that these didn’t meet your expectations. We strive to resolve issues within the villa immediately and have a full maintenance staff on hand to make this happen. We apologise if this caused you any inconvenience during your stay. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back to Samui Bayside.
