The accommodation features a spacious, open living concept with an elegant transition to the terrace via the garden.

• Indoor living area: A spacious, air-conditioned area features a modern tea kitchen with a hotplate, microwave, refrigerator and a dining table for 2 people.

• Sleeping areas: A stylish high-quality king-size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps is available. A wardrobe with clothes hanger is also included.

The villa enjoys a central yet quiet location with ideal connections to sports activities and entertainment:
- In just 4 minutes on foot, there is a Muay Thai school and just 6 minutes on foot, you will find the largest padel and tennis facilities in Koh Samui.
- After 7 minutes, the first 7/11 supermarket is open 24 hours. The nearest restaurants are also not far away.

Tips for scooter drivers:
By scooter, you can reach lively Chaweng, the center for shopping and partying, in just 8 minutes.

Taxi/grave:
Villa Eliza is just 800 meters from the pier and 1,200 meters from the airport.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK:

At check-in, it is required by law to present all guests' passports and to pay a security deposit of 5,000 THB. The deposit will be returned in cash upon check-out.

- Parties or events are not allowed
- Use of the pool is allowed between 8:00 and 20:00
- The night's rest starts at midnight

Electricity and water consumption are charged separately and are read on the meter. We charge 8 baht/kW electricity and 10 baht/night per person for water consumption

* About electricity consumption: Some guests make very little use of the air conditioner, while others enjoy the AC most of the time. All air conditioners are energy-efficient inverter models from Mitsubishi.

The following is an estimate of expected electricity costs based on previous experience:
> > Rarely use air conditioning. Dehumidifier (dry mode) and LED lights only: approx. 5-10THB per day.
> > Climate only used in bedrooms in the evening and at night, at 25° C: 10-20 THB per day.
> > Love air conditioning and use it regularly: 40+THB per day.
