For me location location location. - Christian is really nice and attentive to one’s needs. The space was large so you don’t feel cramped. Great pool and good AC.

Christian helpt erg goed, en staat open voor vragen en eventuele problemen. Bij ons werkte de douche niet goed bij Aankomst, en de dag er na had Christian alle slangen en de douchekop vernieuwd. Ik had een fijne scooter gehuurd van Christian (voor een goede prijs). 4 dagen later zag hij dat er een stuk uit de band was, en is hij de scooter komen halen en heeft hij de band laten vervangen. De keuken is wel verouderd, maar wat erg fijn was, was dat er genoeg borden, bestek en keukenbenodigdheden waren. Het kunnen buiten zitten en meteen het zwembad in springen is erg fijn. Het appartement ligt op 5 minuten afstand van het hele rustige strand, erg fijn maar niets te doen. Geen terrasjes of iets dergelijks. Wij houden van een hard matras, maar dit matras vonden wij persoonlijk echt te hard. De bank om op te zitten tijdens tv kijken is nog véél harder. Daar kregen we echt rugpijn van. We hebben dit tegen christian gezegd, en ik geloof dat hij er iets aan ging doen.Het hele complex is wat gedateerd maar wel in verhouding met prijs / kwaliteit.

"J''ai vraiment passé un séjour superbe sur l''île de Koh Samui. La résidence est superbe et Valérie (à l''accueil) parlant très bien francais nous a grandement facilité le séjour. L''appartement est spacieux et bien équipé , son propriétaire a également été précieux dans tt les conseils qu''il m''a transmis. Vraiment je conseille , surtout que la résidence est très bien située sur l''île, ce qui est important."

"Logement très agréable, bcp de rangements. Nous n'y avons pris que le petit déjeuner car restaurant midi et soir, donc pas d'idées sur l'équipement pour préparer les repas car pas testé. L'accueil est adorable, disponible et charmant. Possibilité de louer des petites motos sur place et d'avoir le transfert aéroport à des prix avantageux. Très bien situé, environnement calme. Je recommande +++. Et Koh Samui est une île vraiment très agréable..."
