The self check in and self checkout is simple and the ladies in the store front are very helpful if you should need anything. If you are looking for a beautiful place in a prime location I would highly recommend this place especially for the price point.」

「The location is excellent for Old Phuket Town. The staff are excellent and the accomadations were superb. The only thing I would add, is to be sure to be aware of the 1 to 2 flights of stairs. They can be difficult with bags.」
