More adventurous walkers can walk to Mt Bendovac, although be warned the walk takes almost double the advertised 1 hour and 45 minutes. There is no public transport from the nearest town of Kolasin, to Biogradska. A bus can drop you at the bottom of the road to the lake, but it's about an hour walk. Either hire a taxi to bring you here or ask other visitors in the town and see if anyone is driving out here. #nationalpark

The room was clean, warm, dry, and quiet. The location has a nice "rural country" feel, and the walk to town is easy. Ms. Vinka and the host were always available, and even prepared a nice sweetbread roll for me one morning.
