Nani O'Hana is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home located in the quiet neighborhood of Poipu Kai. The house is located in the Lanai Villas subdivision of Poipu Kai community where you can easily walk to beaches, tennis courts, pool, Grand Hyatt, Spa, restaurants and more, via the Greenbelt. With a short drive, you can also access a dozen more restaurants, shopping areas, botanic garden, snorkel, cruise, zip lining, ATV riding, horseback riding, and a lot of other things to enjoy. This spacious home has all the amenities that you would hope for and the private driveway can easily accommodate two cars.
You do have access to the Poipu Kai pool. This community pool is located along the greenbelt, as you head to Poipu Beach, just behind the tennis courts. Your reservation also includes a membership to the Poipu Athletic Club where you can enjoy the workout areas, pool, tennis, Pickleball, Ping Pong, and a great restaurant or dine poolside with food and beverage service! A really wonderful facility!

to enjoy.
The living room has a 75 inch smart TV where you can access Amazon and Netflix movies. We also have a beautiful dining area that can accommodate ten people for an evening meal. Each bedroom and living area provides climate control with individual A/C units for personalized comfort.
On the lanai, we have a gas grill for your barbeque needs and our kitchen is a full sized kitchen, with full size appliances. It is also completely stocked with lots of small appliances, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and more for your cooking needs.
We supply towels, linens, board games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The beach gear is located in the garage for you to enjoy on your Kauai vacation! We always recommend purchasing "The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook". It is full of great island information. We will also send you our list of "Top things to do on Kauai" and our "Favorite restaurants in Poipu" list.
So many options, that you will wish you were staying for 2 weeks!
The neighborhood is very quiet and truly a lovely location to get to just about everything. Being able to walk to the beaches is also a "plus" since parking a car at the Poipu Beach Park has become more challenging with the additional homes that are now in the area. Walking is quick and easy and our wagon can handle most of your beach gear!
