Clean, easy to find and check in, accessible parking, beautiful clean and well maintained grounds, wonderful pool and bbq area, condo is spacious, stocked with beach gear, basic cooking supplies, awesome location walking distance to couple of beaches and nice shopping area as well as restaurants, 2 lanais with ocean views. Great spot to relax and explore Poipu and the island

A most comfortable and attractive suite with all the amenities provided that you need, spacious and with a lovely ocean view as well as Kuhio Park. From booking through to our departure the staff of Kauai Exclusive were helpful and very accommodating. For us, it was a very pleasant place to stay for our first visit to Kauai. We'd definitely return here.

Great condo and location!

Overall we were very happy with the condo and our stay. A few things that could have been better. We were not notified there was additional parking in the adjacent garage and parking in the lot is small and fills up quickly. The condo had beach chairs and a washer and dryer which we were not expecting and were an added bonus. We did find that we wished there were a few more amenities like Ziploc baggies and reusable containers available. Overall very happy and would stay here again!!

Very comfortable and light condo

This place was perfect for us. It’s very clean, has everything you need for cooking, if you choose to. The bed was comfortable as well as the hide a couch bed. Has two balconies both with views of the ocean. It’s on the second floor which with the fans and windows open, the temperature was perfect for sleeping and in the day. The place is right by the pool, which is very quiet and relaxing. The best part about this place is right across the street at the Beach house restaurant you see the most beautiful sunsets. Also, every night at sunset the parakeets come in to nest for the night in surrounding trees and leave around 6-6:30am. It’s a bright and cheery condo, we enjoyed our stay!

The only (issue) I would mention. My sister-in-law that I was staying with was 74 and has some difficulty walking. I was not aware that there were first floor units. It would have been much easier on her to be in a first floor unit.
