  • Fully upgraded kitchen with new appliances. Partially upgraded bathrooms and freshly painted walls. Ideal single level layout with great ocean views. Easy access from parking to the condo. The guest bedroom bedding configuration can be converted into king size, great for two couples or families with kids. Beautiful views from the lanai to spend a relaxing day. Portable AC units are provided for your comfort. The amenities include tropical basket of goodies upon arrival, washer and dryer for your convenience, and a variety of beach equipment. The resort offers a saltwater pool, tennis courts, and a newly upgraded BBQ area. Walking distance to world's famous beaches, fine dining, shopping, and many more fun activities within the Poipu area.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved looking out the balcony to the ocean. Walking to Poipu Beach every night to see the turtles. Loved the pool and how hot the hot tub was. I would definitely go back and say there.

Loved our stay. Unit was well stocked. Lovely view of sunrise and sunset. Grateful for the beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, etc. They even kindly accommodated a late check out to bridge the gap between check out in Poipu and our check in time in Princeville. Will stay again!

Perfect ocean retreat

Overall, the location was perfect and it was awesome to hang out at the lanai and look at the ocean and hear it. The pool is great as well. Slightly dated on the inside, but still great and location can’t be beat.

Everything about this place was great. The management company was very quick to answer any questions, the unit was exactly as described, the location was amazing and overall a great space for a family of four with two teenage boys.

Lovely condo and location!

This was a perfect place to stay for our week in Kauai. It had everything we needed. The view from our lanai was so lovely. The welcome basket of fresh pineapple and Hawaiian treats was much appreciated. We would stay here again.

Great location!

This was a very convenient place to stay in Poipu! Easy access to everything. The home was very clean and had nice newer finishes. We had everything we needed for our week. Balcony views were very nice and the overall property was quiet from 9pm to 9am. My wife and 2 teenage daughters loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay on Kaua'i July 7-11

Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lovely lanai, especially under the stars! Parking was easy, condo was easy to find. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo.

nice place, great location

We had a very pleasant stay. Really enjoyed the walking path along the water that extends beyond the complex. It was also nice to have a hot tub in addition to the pool. You can hear the kids at the pool from the lanai, but it did not detract from our stay.
