"We’ve stayed at this property off and on over the years. Once upon a time, we’d rather stay at a SpringHill than any other, but quality has diminished over the years and there are other choices that remind us of the “way it used to be.” That said, it’s fine. One of the cheapening changes is the continental breakfast. I don’t know how they can make eggs and sausage so undesirable, but they’ve done it! "

"You never cancelled my reservation when I called. Our flight was cancelled because of a blizzard in Milwaukee called hotel then you immediately but properties never got notified and I got stuck with a charge for both hotels along with loosing my vacation. I will never book with you again."

"Good to see Hotel is under construction because it’s very outdated. Our room was clean but old. Walls seem to be paper thin as I could hear the man next door coughing all night. I only stayed 1 of 3 scheduled nights. I wouldn’t recommend till after construction is completed."
