"Perfect location and views. Super clean. Enjoyed getting the free hotel ferry back and fowards (3 min ride) to the main bank. We were upgraded to a deluxe room in the newer part of the hotel, which, is the nicest and was a great start to our stay. Fantastic service, especially at the pool. Food was excellent. Most amazing pastrty spead at beakfast.Ate dinner at both Mezze and Panorama restaurants and can recommend both. Defintely best hotel in Aswan unless you want to fork out 1000 USd pn at The Old . Only minor criticisms are lack of bath robes, showers in bathrooms could do with replacement and gym equipment is old and needs some maintenance. Best hotel to stay in Aswan unless you want to pay 1000USD to stay at the Old Cataract.
not in goodrepairst hotel in Aswanmend both."
"Clean room, room temperature was very well despite a hit weather & good staff but the choices for breakfast are very much limited and not much choices for someone on any diet. It's better to not take breakfast in the options.
Possible improvements : add choices to the menu, offer air fresheners for the toilet and add a "
"Nice older hotel with a beautiful view of both city and river. Ideal location, walking distance to Nubian Museum and ferries to Elephantine island. Friendly staff, welcoming and providing great recommendations with a smile (thank you Miriam at front desk) We had à la carte dinner- the juiciest tender chicken pieces in shish tawouk and fatty. Daily free breakfast buffet is epic- with fresh food, omelette station and the wide variety of breakfast pastries, yogurts, accompaniments. WiFi could be stronger in the rooms, works fine in the lobby area. "
"Excellent stay at the Tolip Hotel! I stayed for two days over the Christmas holiday and would definitely stay again if I visit in the future. The location is very convenient, the staff are warm and friendly, and the food was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed both my Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day dinner as well. The rooms are impeccable, very clean and equipped with all the necessary conveniences. Highly recommend "
"Room was super clean & big. Had a great view of the Nile. Since our flight leaves later at night, we asked if we could have a late check out. They were fully booked but accommodated our request. My husband came down with a bad cough and we just needed a place to rest. I’m so appreciative to the manager that made this happen."
