"Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, and convenient from Komatsu Station."

"Other than an isolated experience with one staff member, the rest of this staff and every other aspect of the stay was exceptional. Corporate was extremely responsive to my situation. I would stay here again."

"This place was absolutely wonderful. I wish I’d found it sooner. After a tiny hotel room in Osaka this was an amazing, luxurious room. I loved it. If I ever return this is the type of place I will focus on finding here."

"A beautiful place and a real honour to stay here as a westerner. Robes and amenities were provided and the baths were excellent including an outdoor area. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcomed. There was even a mini stamp rally around the building which was great for us and our teen child to explore. "Many amenities such as an option of breakfast buffet and an access of hot spa. "

"The facilty is old & the room smelled of cigarettes, but everything else was wonderful. If looking for authentic Japanese experience (for the working and middle class Japanese) this is a very good experience. Dinner and breakfast buffet was really good. However there's little to do around the lake, unlike Yamashiro ir Yamanaka onsen area. "

"Excellent stay Lovely hotel with onsen baths"

"Large bathroom, close to a train station. Good"

"インターから出てまっすぐ行くと直ぐに着くので、楽でした。 水回りは古さを感じましたが、清潔にされており良かったです。 地域的に飲食店は近くに1,2件ほどしかあまりありませんが、コンビニは直ぐ近くにあり便利でした。"

"Excellent stay👌"
