We stayed on the ground floor and had a wonderful experience—a spacious bedroom facing a small, traditional courtyard, with convenient hotel facilities nearby. One staff member spoke excellent English, and even the Japanese-speaking staff were very helpful, assisting us by calling our next hotel in Kaga Onsen to arrange a pick-up bus. very good and spacious room, staffs are all friendly

The hotel is very new and all staffs are very helpful and efficient. Our room is a superior twin plus extra bed and it’s in good size and spacious. We forgot some items in our room and they helped us forward to Nagoya without any charges. Appreciate their customer service team for helping us during our stay at the Sanraku Hotel Kanazawa

Amazing place Very clean and with very good service. A New hotel with very very good service. Love this one and definitely will revisit again.

Second time to stay here. We booked for 3 adults, and the room is big enough to accommodate to open our 3 luggages even with sofa bed expanded. Buffet breakfast is exceptionally good, and can choose Kaiseki breakfast for consecutive stays. Highly recommended.

Clean room and helpful Staff

staffs ar all friendly n helpful, provided the kitchen kit to us for shabu shabu in room. location is good n closed to omicho market. room facility is as good as always, the tokyu stay hotel group is always my first choice while staying in japan.

The hotel itself is in great condition with very tasteful modern japanese decor. Close to Omicho market and all the bus stations. Amenities are minimal so better bring your own

It takes appro 15-20 mins walk to train station, but it is definitely close to the market for great food! Staff are very nice and would inform you good car parking.

The hotel appears quite new and clean and provides a delightful experience. You have the option to select your own yukata to wear within the hotel and bring along the towel basket to the onsen. Throughout the night, they offer a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks such as mochi, noodles, popsicles, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. And free Yakult in the morning. You won’t be bored after Shirakawago goes dark at night.

Good breakfast, environment is very good , near by JR station.
