“Beautiful villa, in a great location! The refrigerator was stocked with basic necessities, such as milk, coffee, butter, cheese, and even some wine. There was also a bowl of fruit and cereal available. The three king-sized beds were very comfortable. How amazing to sit on the top terrace and people/boat watch! There are many cafes and small grocery stores within a five minute walk. Living the dream!”

“Views and outdoor spaces were incredible and the rooms were spacious with en-suite for every bedroom and strong AC. Slightly funky layout with each suite or two having separate entrances but it was very comfortable with everyone able to spread out. Carlos the property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive. Location was quiet at end of street with great views and easy walk to town.”

“We were 12 girls staying at the villa over the weekend and it was amazing. Lots of different cozy areas to hang out and Carlos is super helpful. The only downside was that we had agreed on welcome drinks which wasn’t provided”

“First of all, Hvar is wonderful. But the Pine Beach Villa ((Coral bay) is absolutely incredible. Suzanna is the best host we’ve ever encountered…she is like the Croatia Auntie you wish you always had. I cannot say enough about our say. Absolute perfection. Take all of Suzanna’s recommendations—our day on the boat was incredible.”

"Perfect location and great selection of buffet breakfast! Although the room is relatively small, we were able to get a bit of the sea view. The room was a bit warm...even though we tried to lower the air con temperature, it automatically returned to the default temperature."
