“It was good , but the room we got this time did not have good view .,I have visited Hilton Shillim 6 times . The staff were not willing to change the room even on payment . It was difficult to escalate this to the site manager . Was disappointed .”

“There was a major delay in check in- Although the official check in time was 2pm, we got the room by 4pm. Also the room provided had a clogged bathroom which needs to be cleaned. ”

“Stayed in a suite, which was of okay size. The stay was comfortable and the service was fine. But the breakfast was miserable. Since the property is bang on the old mumbai Pune highway, and within the Lonavala town, one can opt for breakfast outside. Finally, it's a boutique resort and not a full service large one. ”

“The hotel was 5 star, the staff was helpful to a point, the Restaurent food was good, only thing We did not like was that hotel did not provide wash cloth in the bathroom and hotel lobby was very slippery for senior citizens. Over all, our stay was ok. ”

“A resort with 16 room, food was awesome. Neat & well maintained. Pros : Food, game zone, clean pool 7 to 7, Adequate space in room. Cons : Non-flexibile in terms of extention & food ordering time. Less option as compared to what mentioned in the menu for food under Alacarte. ”
