“Terrible I asked the reception in advance about the availability of the airport shuttle bus. I was told every 30 min. When I arrived the airport at 12:00 and waited half hour, nothing came. I call the hotel reception 3 times, and I was told the shuttle will come at 5:30 PM… So be prepared that you only have 33% percent chance to reach the service and at least 50% you will hear a lie. And prepare the euros cash for taxi. ”

“The hotel's location is good. However, we're not happy with the front desk clerks. As we had 3 people stayed there for 2 nights and we asked if we can change to a bigger room, even they don't have a room for 3. They answered that the hotel was fully booked.
