"We love the room is really spacious with 3 beds so we can each sleep on one bed.
- It’s so quiet and comfortable so we had really good sleep for 5 days during our stay.
- The location is central.
- One drawback is that the toilet is separated from the shower which is not very convenient."

HOTEL All Stay Hakata Kuko DoriHakata Ward
7.8 out of 10, Good, (24 reviews)
"The hotel was large and had good amenities but my wife stepped on a finger nail from a previous guest and then she found several more laying on the carpet. The couch was in terrible shape, the pleather was pealing off and getting everywhere. The mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs as you were sleeping. On the good side the shower was large with plenty of room"

8.2 out of 10, Very good, (42 reviews)
"This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan.
It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed.
Bad:
- Bins are only emptied at the end of your stay attracting crockaches. In summer rubbish begin to smell if you had food. This does not work well with a hotel offering a full functioning kitchen (as people would be cooking)
- We were given one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay...

"Just 10 mins to Hakata Station if walking. The staff were nice and polite. Shops and canal city in walking distance. The room was very spacious and the shower was great. The room had a mild odor which was taken care of by the supplied air freshener. The pillows were pretty hard. Other than that, it was a good stay."
