The island is beautiful. Great service and amazing staffs. Food, somehow it did not hit the spot for me. Be very careful with the word “all-inclusive”. NOT everything is all-inclusive. Bike rental is $13 per day per person. That should be included in the package!

THE ROOMS ARE AMAZING!! I stayed in the Aqua Villa and it was truly breathtaking staying in a room underwater. There isn't another hotel that does this better, it truly made the whole trip! Property and staff were also amazing. In terms of negatives: TERRIBLE pre-stay communication (return emails would sometimes take days to come back even for things that were very time sensitive!), food was just ok (breakfast saved the day), getting to the hotel was very frustrating.

Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles, le service est médiocre, c'est tout au plus un 4 étoiles, seulement 3 restaurants, 1 buffet, 1 méditerranéen (après une heure sans être servis, nous sommes partis, nous avons demandé plusieurs fois d'éteindre la climatisation car il faisait très froid) et l'autre végétarien toujours fermé quand nous y étions, il ne nous restait que le buffet tous les jours sans grande variété, principalement de la cuisine indienne très épicée. Très déçue.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr ruhig, sehr freundliches ,aufmerksames , fleissiges Personal . Immer bemüht dem Gast einen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Tolle Möglichkeit direkt von der Wasservilla aus zu schnorcheln. Kein Aufwand nötig. Noch schöne Unterwasserwelt mit Artenvielfalt. Gerne wieder.

Outstanding experience! Everything was incredible from the scenery to the activities/experiences, the food and most notably the service. All staff were extremely pleasant, so friendly with everyone saying hello as you pass by. Staff wanted to ensure your utmost comfort and were able to assist us promptly whenever needed. It was such a relaxing time with the most beautiful views, so much marine life to see! So unbelievably breathtaking and would highly recommend!
