The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable if a bit springy. The breakfast was an acceptable quality buffet, though the 10am close on a Sunday was a little early

Clean and tidy in both rooms and common areas with some lovely decorations up for Easter. Buffet breakfast had a good selection available and the chef was friendly and also happy to also cook omelette for guests if requested.
The lifts are painfully slow even though there are 2 banks of lifts - it’s like it needs to power on each time you press the button.

We had a staycation, the hotel was excellent with stylish rooms and all the comforts you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.
The rooftop bar served great cocktails with an impressive view of the city.
Highly recommend.
