「Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the noise. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep, and the rooms have virtually no soundproofing from the suite next door if you’re in a “B” room. Every morning around 7:00 a.m., we were woken by children screaming and running in the “A” suite next door that shares a door with a “B” room. 「Everyone are nice and kind, room is tidy and clean. 」

「The staff was great, very clean and quiet room. Wishing the entire unit had AC tho instead of just the bedroom, also did not use the deck as the chairs were very dirty and there was a pile of metal on stacked chairs. No idea what it was for, looked discarded. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and would come again.」

「The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.」
