「The property was represented as an “apartment” see its name, My wife inspected the unit and noted the ”furniture other than the beds. Was absent with only a microwave. Most parking was in rear with long walk to access the unit. Looked like a youth hostel or a dorm room. We couldn’t stay there at all, The location was far from center of Reykjavik.
The manager emailed that he would cancel the reservation WITHOUT CHArge.
II told the general management company that I am going to protest the charge...
