Management is very communicative and accommodating, which was very important for my stay. Appreciate the timely responses to inquiries and arranging my airport pickup at 1 am. Clean and convenient to restaurants, grocers, shops and other Koror hotels.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Great place to stay with your family on vacation. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

This property is in a pretty convenient location. I ran into some issues during my two-night stay there, the property manager was quick to fix them. She is very nice.

部屋は機能的で、とくに電子レンジが備えてあるのは助かりました。 問題なのはホテル側からの情報提供です。このホテルはレセプションが無く、あらかじめ指定された部屋にゲスト自身が入るようなのですが、事前にそのようなことは知らされていませんでした。幸いなことに、ホテルに頼んで手配した空港からの送迎車のドライバーが要領を心得ていたので無事チェックインできましたが、別な送迎を選択していたら、深夜に到着して路頭に迷っていたと思います。 また、宿泊2日目の深夜、就寝中に突然部屋のドアを外から何者かが開けるというハプニングがあり、直後にホテル側から、部屋を替わってほしいというメールが入りました。どうやらダブルブッキングをしていたようですが、深夜に部屋を移動せよとはあまりに非常識と感じました。 このことをホテル側に伝えたところ、謝罪とあわせて残りの滞在日の朝食をサービスするとの返信がありましたが、レセプションも無いこのホテルのどこで朝食が提供されるのか意味がわかりませんでした。翌日の夕刻、外出先からホテルに戻ると、部屋の前にテーブルが置かれ、その上に弁当が載っていました。さらにその翌日も外出先から戻ると弁当がありましたが、弁当容器の中に羽虫が湧いており、不衛生で食べられるようなものではありませんでした。 このホテルの部屋自体には不満はありませんが、ゲストに必要な情報が共有されておらず、提供されるサービスにも不備がありました。これらが改善されれば、また利用したいと思います。
