“Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up.
The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared……

“What I loved about this apartment was location. Tashkent City Close to everything. Beautiful spacious apartment . All new modern design. Communication with host was easy and he was super accommodating. He sent us breakfast which was a real nice gesture and was appreciated. I recommend this apartment 100 percent. I would definitely go back on my next visit.”
