“Den lilla lägenheten vi hyrde hos Residence Trafick var väldigt fin och modern med all utrustning som kan tänkas behövas med full utrustat kök och med en stor balkong i tyst läge. Badrummet var stort och modernt och köket var modernt, fullt utrustat och praktiskt. Bussar går ofta precis utanför byggnaden, så det är lätt att ta sig in till de centrala delarna. ”

“The simplicity and location of the property was a great match for us and our military son who was meeting us in Prague over the weekend. The flat was great for the family, the extra room was perfect for him, and the location of the flat gave us quick access to old town and public transportation, and yet kept us away from the swarm of people. The owners were exceptional (especially Maury), communicated very well with us with very detailed and helpful instructions and tips, and were excellent……

“The apartment is newly renovated and furnished in a modern ikea-style. Everything was clean and functional and the location ideal for my vist. Shopping and the tram is just around the corner. The only issue was that it was stated on hotels.com that I would get check-in info 24 h in advance - which didn't happen. However I called the company and they said that it is normally sent 10.00 in the morning on the day of arrival. But they were helpful and send it straight away. So i higly recommend……

“Worst hotel ever. We have paid the price in advance but the reception told us we haven’t paid for the hotel and asked us to pay again. Didn’t even apologise after the reception found out she was wrong. We have booked for 3 people with an extra bed but the room type was wrong. No extra bed, no extra amenities, no extra slippers etc. Have talked to the manager about the issue who was extremely unhelpful at all. After repetitive demands and waiting for a long time, we finally got changed to a new……

“高樓層的夜景很美麗，服務人員態度佳，但由電車站走至飯店的路途燈光不足。有一天凌晨三點半左右突然響起火災警報，住客大多數都以疏散至室外，無人解釋為何警報響起及解除，大家就默默的搭著重新開放的電梯回房休息。”
