Decent train access. Hotel rooms are dated, 70’s80’s vibe so kinda retro feel but everything works including the touchtone phone in the bathroom :)"

"Our stay was brief but the staff at the front desk made the trip! We checked in to a smile and VERY helpful agent who happily prepared our bags for storage until check in time. When we came back, our bags were already in our room. The following day as we were preparing to adventure, the front desk agent Gaing ( sorry if the name is mispelled) from Vietnam was AMAZING. He helped with tips and tricks for seeing the area.Hw was so personable and treated all of us with personalized attention and a smile. The next day, our check out was also seamless and the front desk staff handles our baggage until we returned to pixk it up. Upon our return we were having difficulty securing information for the Narita Express train and they helped gain the info we needed. I would definitely return to this property without any hesitation. Thank you for your amazing service and experience... even in a Typhoon!"

"Great location as it’s only a few mins walk from Shinagawa station. There is a 7-eleven in the building too and on site bowling and darts. For the price we paid I would’ve expected sleepwear, but it’s understandable as they host so many people. Expect the hotel to be busy with lots of people. Rooms and washrooms are big which is nice to have. The Main Tower rooms look older though. Overall, great location and very convenient."
