The apartment was beautiful! Two balconies, super clean and got a welcome gift. Drazen our host was outstanding!! Highly recommend a stay at any of D and Sons properties. Also provides csr rental and boat tours!!

A comfortable, cool flat in a central location in the old town of Kotor, with a very helpful host. The only disadvantage was some very noisy late opening bars nearby, noise cancelling headphones helped with that!

Peos: *location, very easy to walk to hear the north gate *Spacious room and dining area * the host was very helpful Cons: *very noisy, you can hear music until 1am at least.

Property was perfectly located within the city center. Very clean. Secure. There are 6 units on 2 floors. Our unit was in the back but nightly music from the downstairs bar was rocking! Didn’t bother us but could some people. All the linens need replaced- bedding and towels are thin and stained. Mattress is worn out and uncomfortable. Kitchenette does not have toaster, micro or coffee machine. Bare necessities. Could not figure out TV so unable to use. Bathroom is awful. The shower is tiny with no curtain or door so water floods the bathroom. The rain head shower has only about half of the openings working. The constant water and steam in the bathroom has rusted out the cabinet. No outside space. Only one small highly positioned window in kitchen and bathroom that are frosted. One small window in bedroom that is covered with wooden shutters and two layers of curtains so a dark apartment.

Great location in Kotor old town. Spacious apartment with a small bathroom. Nice and thoughtful manager. It was quite noisy in the evenings with load music close by. But with a central location it is nothing to do about it. I am happy to recommend this apartment.

Drazen was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was perfect for us with the ability to cook simple meals when we were too tired after hiking to go out. He helped with any questions we had, showed us the best places to park and where to book boat tours. Was a pleasure to meet him. Thoroughly recommend the apartments. There is a bit if noise from the cafes/restaurants below as you would expect in any large town/city. But with the windows closed it wasn't an issue, air con was great, and to be fair we had the window open most nights We had a really lovely break.
