There was zero wifi even though they claimed there was and the AC stopped working around 1230am. We woke up boiling hot and suffered until we left at 8am. "Great stay and a beautiful hotel overall. The property, rooms, and beach were all gorgeous, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious with a great selection. We especially appreciated that they offered nail services at the hotel too. We really needed it during our trip, so finding that there was a nail technician available made us very happy and was such a convenient touch. The beach was beautiful and peaceful, and the entire property had a very relaxing atmosphere. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is extremely quiet and definitely has more of a wellness and relaxation atmosphere. For us personally, it felt geared toward an older crowd, and we missed some of the lively Greek and Crete energy we experienced in other places during our trip. We knew it was a wellness hotel when booking, so this is more about personal preference than a criticism of the hotel itself. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful hotel with a gorgeous beach, good breakfast, kind staff, and a very calm atmosphere, this is a great choice. We had a great stay!"
