“Le propriétaire a annulé la réservation alors que nous étions à 10 mn de chez lui. Cette réservation était confirmée par Abritel et nous avions envoyé deux messages sans réponse. Nous avons été informés de cette annulation par Abritel, sans même un mot d’excuse du propriétaire. Il était 18h30 et il nous a fallu trouver d’urgence une autre solution d’hébergement. Je ne recommande pas cette location.”
