"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

Most importantly, the staff were incredible in making sure we had everything we needed and handled our group with so much respect. "We are a couple with an 5 months old baby. Extremely good hotel! One of the best we have been. The food is just amazing!!! Like in a Michelin star restaurant. You don’t get this feeling that it is cooked for a big hotel. Very cozy main restaurant. Staff goes above and beyond to help, not because they have to, but because they seem to be very happy to be there as well. The hotel is very welcoming for babies and kids, but is not overrun by them. The atmosphere is very cozy and calm, no loud music (or karaoke) by the main pool, no running kids. Kids have their own activities and entertainment which is run by a professional team of animators in dedicated places. Kids club for kids of different ages is available. I loved yoga classes every morning by the sea. The level of yoga teacher is verily close to a good yoga retreat. Little things like cooking classes, cats cafe, their own ice cream/crepe place. Every centimetre of the property is well thought through by a very good designer. We absolutely loved our stay! Special thanks to Eva and Olga in the restaurant for their kind attention and hospitality."
