AC is cold which is a must for hot weather in Hong Kong. Room is quiet, small as expected there. No daily room service unless request. The major advantage of this hotel is its location. Close to a lot of popular restaurants- Lin Heung lau dim sum and Yung Kee roasted goose are literally a few steps away. Chung So dessert is across the street. One Dim Sum, Lung dim sum, Master congee, BakeHouse are a 5-10 minute walk. 2 blocks from the main Nathan road where buses can be taken to almost everywhere. Tsim Sha Tsui MRT is 5-10 minutes walk. Very easy access to Temple Street, Ladies market, Kowloon park and Avenue of stars. Room rate is one of the most reasonable in this popular area.

The location is the best, very convenient for both shopping and sight seeing. Room was clean and quiet. Free wifi is perfect, I need my ipad for entertainment. Will highly recommand this hotel for someone who travels in Hong kong.
