「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...」

「The ceilings are about 10-12ft high! The room is spacious. It is across the street from a handful of great restaurants. The AC in the room was dismal. They offer bike parking and ebike charging in a small courtyard that gets locked in the evening.」
