“We had the honour of being the first rental guests in this house and our family of 4 loved it. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Maro and his Dad, Tihomir, were very patient and understanding when our delayed flight caused a rather late evening arrival. Tihomir showed us where everything was whilst Maro acted as translator. Tihomir had generously stocked the fridge and cupboards with an abundance of food, fruit and wine. He even insisted we helped ourselves to the whisky on the……

“Wir haben in diesen wunderbaren Haus einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt traumhaft oberhalb der Bucht von Kremena. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Am besten von allem ist aber Zoran, der Vermieter und seine Frau. Die beiden haben uns bestens versorgt und waren immer für uns da. Zoran war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn es eine Frage gab. Bei Ankunft hat uns Zoran herzlich empfangen und und uns alles gezeigt.Der Pool wurde……

In 2 Häusern stehen verschiedene Wohnungen mit separaten Schlafzimmern und Bädern zur Verfügung, dito Tische und Stühle für jede Wohnung Vor einer der Wohnungen steht ein Weinüberwachsener großer Bereich zur Verfügung, wo 15 Personen prima zusammen Essen können. Die Ausstattung ist gut durchdacht. Neben den Geräten ist auch Verbrauchsmaterial zum Start bereit, das reicht vom Toilettenpapier über……

“We had a lovely time in the villa with 4 families! Such a lovely spot for daily swimming in pool & sea. The house has everything you need, is clean and is perfectly set up for great group bbq’s! Team was always ready for helping with anything needed.”

“Villa Framar is perfectly located in a secluded and quiet bay near Lumbarda. The house is newly refurbished and matxhes exaclty the profile photos. Lovely garden provides substantial natural shade throughout the day and outdoor whirlpool provides for great cooling and massage. All the needed amenities are provided for and Mario is a great host, readily available in case of need. The house is very clean and is perfect for two couples or a family of four.”

“Ivan and Antonije are such lovely hosts. They are so welcoming and hospitable. Truly wonderful people. The apartment has an incredible location, right on the water, which was fabulous in the summer weather. Its also right in lumbarda so very close to all the restaurants and amenities. The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!”

“The property is much nicer than on the picture, everything is clean and modern and the garden has plenty of litle spaces with luxurious vegetation for the shadow and privacy. The little harbour 2 min away (walking) is beautiful and the water is cristal clear. Only few families enjoying the beach. The tenants are very kind and helped us in all possible ways. The view trough the windows is unbelievably impressive, specialy the view of the sunset is very beautiful. The appartmen has a lot of facilities, even more than you would need for a comfortable and enjoable stay. Two washrooms, two large flat screen televisions, airco in every room, iron, BBQ., free parking, etc.”

“Haus war weitestgehend wie beschrieben, Lage direkt am Meer top. Leider gab es im direkten Umfeld aufgrund der Nachsaison kaum noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie, hatte bereits alles geschlossen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man diese Info bei Buchung gehabt hätte. Zlatko der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und um seine Gäste bemüht. Leider fehlt dem Grundstück eine pflegende Hand.”

“We enjoyed our time in Lumbarda as a relaxing stop in our travels. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was well equipped for our family of four, and the balcony was great, with a view over the bay and across to the mountains. This was everything as advertised, and our hosts were friendly and kind, bringing us some fresh lemonade and tomatoes from their gardens. We loved the location, right in the village, while close to beaches. It is convenient to two supermarkets and to the……

“wir (8 Freunde) waren 15 Tage im Ferienhaus von Marija und Klaus und wurden von Anfang an herzlich aufgenommen. Die Beiden sind sehr herzlich und aufgeschlossen und in allem bemüht ihren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Sie waren uns auch sehr behilflich beim Suchen von Ausflugszielen, Kontakt zum Fischer und zum Skipper eines Ausflugbotes. Zum Abschied haben sie uns sogar ein Essen zubereitet und den Abend mit uns verbracht. Es wird ein Wiedersehen geben.....in Kroatien oder……

“Das Appartement war klein, insbesondere das Bad. Geringfügige Mängel wurden von der sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieterin abgestellt. Als Begrüßung gab es Obst, Wein und Schokolade. Von Lärmbelästigung durch massiven Fahrzeugverkehr war nichts zu hören. Wohl dank der neuen, mautfreien Brücke um nach Dubrovnik zu fahren (ohne Bosnien). Ein Ventil der Wasserversorgung und der Toilettendeckel sowie ein Sonnenschirm wurden sofort ausgetauscht. Einziger Nachteil: Es konnte nur kroatisches TV……

“It was wonderful at the hotel. The rooms had a/c, it’s right on the beach and near so many places to eat. The staff are very helpful. My only issue would be the lack of elevator for luggage however the staff are more than willing to offer someone to help with the luggage. We carried our own and it was fine. Just something to note. ”
