New hotel
The front desk staff and F&B staff are friendly. As we arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time and heavy raining outside, they tried to arrange a room to us earlier. The room was new and clean. It was a bit far away from the coast. It would take around 20 mins to the coast on foot, but it provided shuttle bus service if you reserved in advance. There are some good restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Hotel is new but breakfast selection is not much
New Hotel but the entrance slope is very slippery, we almost get hurt twice when I go back to Hotel. Buffet Breakfast is so so but not much choice. The key card has no hotel map and thai-language address so taxi driver is difficult to locate our hotel.

An sich ein schönes Hotel -jedoch müsste an einigen Ecken renoviert werden. Frühstück lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Kein Käse nur eine Sorte Wurst, sehr viel an Asiatischem Essen, welches man so früh am Morgen nicht essen möchte. Keine wechselnden Speisen. Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist auch nicht gut. Kopfteil hatte sehr viele braune Flecken, Spiegel im Bad dreckig wurde 5 Tage lang nicht wirklich geputzt. Bettwäsche hat auch braune Flecken gehabt, auch nach dem wir es bemängelt haben. Sogar Löcher hatte die Bettwäsche. Der Pool an sich ist schön aber zu wenige liegen, haben des Öfteren keinen Platz gefunden.

Staff was very unaccomdating, when rooms were cleaned no paper towel was provided or towels, very stingy with water bottles only give one per person per day all other accomodation were much friendlier and accommodating

Take a pass on this hotel!
I was amazed at how terrible this hotel was. It’s dirty. The front driveway, lobby, hallways, pool area all looked worn and in bad shape. Even the tables in the restaurant had burn marks and stains on them. The walls in the hallways are old and stained. I would not stay at this hotel again! The staff were lovely and very nice to deal with. Thank goodness for that. The restaurant has a terrible menu and the breakfast was only so so. I stayed at another Centara, the Anda Deviand that was amazing this. The Phu Pana was not. It was just in bad shape. Even in the room the waste baskets were rusted and something I wouldn’t even touch. Cheap toilet paper. I always had to go ask for towels. They never left any. Overall I give it a very low score I would never return.

Terrible cheap food and useless restaurant staff.
Nice hotel, rooms very clean and maids were excellent as was reception staff. Pool area ok and clean. The only negative is the restaurant, the food is atrociously bad, and the staff are useless. They forget orders and food is cheap rubbish. The breakfast is also terrible, again just cheap rubbish so don't bother including any food when booking here... Otherwise hotel was good.

Would take convincing to stay again
Air con wasn’t sufficient enough in my particular room but was great in my friends. Pool area seems poorly designed with the amount of surface water that doesn’t drain away around the beds. Pool bar/restaurant is over priced and would be utilised more if there was fair pricing.

Gym och frukost håller inte måttet
Hotellet är trevligt men är i sämre skick än förväntat. Särskilt gymet var i dåligt skick, trasiga maskiner, slitet, smutsigt. I ens våningssängen var lakanen inte helt rena. Vi använde bara 3 sängar och brydde oss därför inte om det, men det kändes inte fräscht. Bra layout på trippelrummet dock och rymligare än förväntat. Bra ljus! Frukosten lämnade tyvärr mycket att önska. Det fanns rikligt med mat, men ingen finess överhuvudtaget. Det bildades också köer vid brödet och först i slutet av vår vistelse ordnades en brödrost, tidigare skulle alla gäster dela på en enda liten miniugn vilket skapade trängsel och stopp i rörligheten. Juicerna var dessutom syntetiska och överlag smakade inget särskilt gott. Det var kladdigt på borden och man fick själv leta efter rena bestick på andra bord. Det positiva var väl att kaffet var gott och att tjejen i äggstationem verkligen jobbade på tappert. Poolen var ren och fin, men poolområdet grusigt. Utsikten över lokal bebyggelse och korrugerad plåt. Receptionen var snabba och serviceminded, städpersonal i rum likaså. Hotellet är alltså inte dåligt, men det är inte ett 4 star och det är inte värt mer än 3 eller strax däröveri betyg. Eller behöver priset regleras. Vi betalade 4800B/trippelrum och det var alldeles för mycket för vad man fick för pengarna. Vi bor mycket och ofta på hotell i Thailand och det här höll inte måttet utan de behöver uppgradera frukost och gym rejält. Mycket är inte det som skapar trivsel och finess!

Nice employees they always greeted us. Pool view rooms have an amazing view. It’s in a quiet area with really good restaurants near by. I would definitely stay again. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Thailand.

Chic hotel & good staff, minor issues
Overall stay was good. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms were clean. Our view of the pool and mountains were a nice way to wake-up. We were able to chat with some of the employees who had checked-up on us. Room service ladies were always polite and nice too. The pool area was really nice and they played calming music most of the time. Around 2-5pm, they play loud house music, which could annoy you if you're not into kind of music. Initially, our stay did not start off good. Check-in was confusing. We rented 2 rooms, but the front desk seemed to think we had one and our room was not ready after the 3pm check-in time. We were there at 3:30pm. In addition, we were not provided a key for the lights in the room (there is a key for everything and one for just the electricity), nor pool cards. We were confused when we were asked for pool cards for pool towels. The AC also needed some maintenance, which took a few hours. It looked like the condenser needed water for one and a filter change on the other room. I would say about half the towels that we received were frayed. And the blue pool towels were very worn and had stains. All these issues were eventually addressed and the employees were friendly and professional about it. The issues were stressful at the beginning, but was otherwise we had a good multi-day stay at this chic hotel.

Really disappointing stay - from room and public areas cleanliness to staff showing no understanding or interest. Reception team called my room, waking me up at night to ask to keep it quiet… there was a room below having a party but no one from staff cared enough to check first where the noise is coming from. No apology provided. Lack of professionalism, dirt, bad smell… the list can continue but I think breakfast was the most disappointing. All hot items were always cold and overall their ‘buffet’ was unreasonably limited. You can notice that management is trying to save on anything.

Overall we really enjoyed this propert, it’s clean nice and the staff is helpful and friendly! The food wasn’t anything special but it was good enough. The location wasn’t great but still walking distance away from the shops. There was a few nights where they played super loud music downstairs late at night which was not very peaceful but overall we enjoyed are stay!

Slightly out of the way of the main tourist road - which is a good thing. Perfectly walkable down to the beach or can use the bus. Good breakfast and mostly efficient staff. Manager is excellent.

Stay was great overall. The staff, especially Penn, were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed large and comfortable. We enjoyed the daily breakfast a lot - lots of delicious food options and fresh fruit plus the staff at the restaurant area were fantastic! The location was great and very convenient. We had an issue our second day with the water, it was coming out brown but it was fixed the same day, we lost power the 4th day but that was fixed within an hour. Would definitely stay here again.

Vår vistelse var super tack vare bästa personalen, faciliteter, skick på rummen! Poolen är jättefin & det står cabanor som man kan ligga bekvämt i hela dagen. En bit från huvudgatan, ca 50m vilket gör läget perfekt då det är lugnt & ingen trafik i stort sett. Så prisvärt också vilket är ett plus! Ett tips är att ta hjälp av concierge på hotellet (minns inte hennes namn) hon är så kunnig & hjälpsam! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka, tack för en helt fantastisk vecka!

Great stay and would definitely return, beautiful interior, great shuttle and location, front desk booking lady is just great!! Breakfast was fine, something there for everyone and the pool area had a lovely view and was well equitable with sun beds! However just for future guest comfort we have listed our very minor niggles (all with the bathroom in our room): bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and swung into and hurt both of us by the time we finished our stay. There was a real damp drain smell when we arrived again we assumed caused by the lack of ventilation from the constantly closed door. And finally the bathroom plug wouldn’t stay open so every time we washed our hands or brushed teeth the residue would remain and we’d have to hold plug out manually. We were only there for one full day and were out most of the time which is why we didn’t bother to make a fuss. It might have been just our specific room.
