「Well it was a rocky start, wrong room then broken aircon then a lost transport bus. However this was all fixed rapidly thabks to 2 members of staff the lady on the pink desk and the gentleman in the cafe area. They really are a saving grace for the hotel. Once the problems where fixed the stay was fine and i would advise it for people. The 3pm check in could do with being 2pm like most other hotels but thats really the only thing i would change.」

「our stay was completely enjoyable. Check in was fast, staff wonderful, super helpful and pleasant. We stayed in 2 different rooms during stay and move was a total breeze. We went out for our excursion, the staff placed our luggage in new room by the time we returned. The rooms have the updated plugs and a usb-c port. Light controls at bedside. Very comfy beds.
