「We absolutely loved staying here and hope to do so again. We loved the Klong Muang area and this is the best place to stay. Our host was great and a really nice guy. He owns several units and lives right at the property so if there were any problems, he's right there to handle it. We had no issues at all, however. 「We absolutely loved our time spent at this property. It was equipped with top of the line appliances, down to the iron. Although the pool may be a bit outdated and the building may need a little paint, the condo by far makes up for it 10 fold. The staff at the restaurant were awesome too. The surrounding area was quiet and several good restaurants within walking distance. Garth, I would add White Orchid just up the street about a 10 minute walk to your list of recommendations. 「Alex was kind and sent email to greeting us and introduce their service to us just after we booked the hotel. The booked 4 nights two bed rooms with sea view by very reasonable price. The view of sunset was wonderful. The room was spacious, everything was clean and new. They prepared some eggs and fruits for us and give us a souvenir to us before we left. "Great location and 15 years ago. It's obvious the resort was the top place to stay on the whole island. Now, it needs a major rejuvenation to update plumbing, the room decor and the reception areas. Staff were generally good, but it took a long time to change our room into something resembling a three star resort. We"

"The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't make any common sense, I felt the hotel staff realised that as well. However, I don't think they did anything afterwards, I noticed on some social platforms that some other guests had similar experieces. Disapointing!! Anyways, you can never be too careful, leave all the valuable things in the safe when you go out. If you choose to stay at this hotel, try to enjoy!"
