“虽然整体看起来颜值很高 位置很好 但是我们去的时候刚好温度比较冷 让酒店工作人员帮忙打开暖气可是一直在推阻 承诺会解决可是住的几天都没有解决 房间没有太多可以放东西的地方 休息室有一种奇怪的气味 建议通风。”

Tenía ciertas inquietudes por los comentarios sobre el alojamiento pero termino mi estadía con una excelente opinión de la relación precio/calidad. Sobre la seguridad del lugar, creo que es excelente; solicitamos llaves de los lockers el primer día y al retirarnos del alojamiento incluso pudimos guardar nuestro equipaje por un par de horas luego del check in. “Easy to check-in and out. Location is great, close to old town. Room door is a little problem with noise when other room open or close. Maybe is because of air pressure but I didn't have a good sleep because of that.”

“在這間小旅社入住5晚，優點是地點很好，距離火車與巴士總站近，穿過Galeria Krakowska shopping mall走路約15分鐘可到，距離老城區也近，走路約10分鐘內可到、接待櫃檯親切有禮，有提供行李寄存服務 、多人房內有簾子設計，較有隱私感這點也很好。 缺點是男女浴室廁所沒有分開，全部一起共用，例如女生吹頭髮時，旁邊男生在刮鬍子，這感覺實在有點奇怪，而且5間浴室卻只有2間可以使用，其他3間多數時間都鎖起來不給使用(唯一看到有開啟是在星期天早晨，晚上又鎖起來了) ，全部住滿超過30幾人卻只能共用2間浴室實在太少了，廁所也遇過沒有衛生紙的情況(為什麼不放一捲備用呢？) ; 此外房間沒有空調，夏季6點太陽西曬後很熱，持續到清晨才逐漸降溫，深夜與清晨窗外時常出現街上醉漢大聲唱歌咆哮吵鬧。”

“床鋪沒有簾子有點赤裸，有點私人空間比較有安全感，房門不可鎖有點不適應。 環境十分乾淨、整潔、安靜，工作人員都相當親切，清潔人員相當仔細，是下次再訪時還會再次選擇的住所。”

“Herberge. oder besser gesagt ein Hotel. Ich war von dem Zimmer beeindruckt. Denn der Boden ist wie in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel mit Teppich ausgelegt. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Kühlschrank und ein Badezimmer im Zimmer. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Küche zu nutzen, was ein zusätzlicher Vorteil ist. In der Nähe von Geschäften, Bäckereien und Restaurants. Ich empfehle es und werde es wieder verwenden.”

“Do not book here, after walking in the heat for 30 mins to this place and walking up 3 floors with all my stuff they tell me that they are full and that they switched my booking to another place, had to walk back almost all the way I had walked and uo another 2 floors and then they told me that it was another hostle, I got pissed and they said ok I could stay there. What a nightmare on a hot afternoon, took almost 3 hours to get sorted. ”

“Nous ne sommes restes que une nuit. A notre arrivee, l hote nous dit que la chambre n est que pour deux. Alors que nous avons reservé pour 3. Une de nous dormira dans un fauteuil depliant. Logement tres sale tres bruyant. Une planche de bois en guise de cloison. Nous entendons TOUT!! Bruit à partir de 5 heures du matin. La porte de la chambre non isolee donne directement sur la cuisine collective. Nous avons tres mal dormi. Nous avons decide de payer 1 autre hotel. Tres deçus!!!”

“It is located just the opposite of Holiday Inn and for what it's worth, it is a great place to stay for a few days. I have seen other more elderly people stay here despite the three flights of stairs that could have easily exhausted anyone with a long day's walk or luggage. Other that that, I think it is a good, extremely affordable place for budget travellers.”

“Very simple but nice little hostel. The staff at reception are all very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The breakfast vouchers for the restaurant at the cloth hall are also very much worth it- the breakfast portion is very generous and includes coffee. Only two things to know before you go- the double room with just one bunk bed is a little bigger than a closet and doesn’t have any windows. The bathroom on this room was very nice though and the room was in good condition. We……

“This was the most disgusting "homeless shelter" setting you could imagine. Booked 2 rooms and paid online...showed up and no rooms and the place was disgustlingly filthy and disorganized. Would not stay here under any circumstances. ”

“It's a cheap hotel. I know if it's cheap then it's not so much to be expected but pls at least have a air conditioning cause it was too hot and I couldn't sleep very well bcz of the temperature”

“As I know, they provide the rooms in different buildings. The room my friends have stayed was nice. However, the environment of the room I stayed was was humid. The showerpipe was rusted, the bedding sheet was not clean and mattress was not comfortable. On the day we arrived, the flush system of toilet was not working. Unfortunately, it was national holiday and they fixed it one day after. I would say, the service was ok, but based on the price, the room should be better.”

“Very good experience , staff very helpful and very nice .spacious room, near city Centre in old town , a bit far away from krakow glowny train station. Have microwave oven , very convenient. ”
