Absolutely fantastic hotel,, one of the best I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve travelled the world…..I’ve never seen a cleaner room and it looked brand new! All the lady staff were super friendly and polite…..I’ve stayed in worse 5 star hotels. The decor is stunning and the building is beautiful and also spotless. No bar or restaurant but who cares in a place like this. This hotel is simply SUPERB!

Location is very good, on a quiet side street, but still in the Old Town, so close to the main square, though a bit far from Wawel. At first it seemed odd that breakfast could be included but not on site, but it made one get going to go out, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The ladies in the reception were very helpful, answered questions willingly and with a smile, and made us fresh coffee whenever we asked. This is not a full service hotel, but very suitable for people who don't need pampering.
