We did not actually stay in the originally booked property "Beauty Studio", as our host Natasza contacted us 2 days before our arrival to advise us that there was an issue with the property, and urgent repair work was needed. She offered us a 2 bedroom unit, only a 7 minute walk from our original booking, in the same neighborhood, for no additional charge. Communication with Natasza was totally amazing! When she needed to notify us of the problem, she used all the communication links we had with each other, to ensure we were aware of the situation. The subsequent property was very nice, super spacious, immaculately clean, well located for transit needs, and a nice walk to the Old Quarter and Wawel Castle. The only thing about the substitute property was that it was located on a busier street , with cars and trams running into the night and early morning. But we were fine with that, and were very pleased with our stay. Natasza was a terrific host and could not have dealt with the situation any better to make sure we had a delightful place to stay in Krakow!
