Great location and room

Great location. Great room, spacious, clean. We had room against the Backyard. Very quiet. Would stay here again. This review is honest and not give as a review based on a 1 hour later check out if it was given.

Great accomodations. Very easy to get in and the team communicated perfectly for us. The apartment was great for our family and the location is excellent to walk through old town area. Will stay here again!

A lot to recommend.

Room spacious and clean with lovely modern bathroom. USB charging point would be helpful. Room 104 was very dark and needs better lighting. Location excellent with tram and bus stops close by. Everything you need on street, shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars all around. Good service from reception via WhatsApp

I stayed with my family, 4 people. No any complaints except very noisy mornings , coming from outside. If you want to have open windows forget about late sleeping.

Spacious, clean and modern. Great value

The hotel was not clear on the outside where it was, the sign looked to have been taken down and we did doubt whether it was a legitimate hotel or not. The room was spacious, modern and very clean however very disappointed that the TV had no channels so was useless and the Wi-Fi was very intermittent.

This apt is BAIT and SWITCH

I did not get the stay i booked at all. I was relocated without consent to another part of the city which destroyed my whole stay. Don't stay with them. It's a strategyfir them to show nice pictures of one apartment and give you something entirely different when you arrive. It was 4th floor without elevator and no double bed. Different city district.

The apartment is specious, refreshed and well equipped. My family and I stayed in their penthouse (apt 413). Next to us (in 414) was huge party on both nights. People were in the apartment as well as in the corridor. It was extramely loud. Apartment waa superficially clean there were tissues behind both beds and floor was sticky. Finally, i was taken a bit surprised by the fact that we had 1 thin toilet paper for 6 people and small trashbag. In bathroom there was only shower gel (no other toiletries). Nothing was refilled next day.

Although the room itself was pretty livable (there were many stains on our carpet), the fact that I had to figure out how to make the internet work myself and PAY FOR AN EXTRA TOWEL was unacceptable. Communication between the staff took quite awhile to even receive a response. It would have been nice to have standard things like an extra trash bag in the trash can, body wash for two people and an extra toilet paper roll. The balcony we had was beautiful, but it did not have any chairs for us to enjoy in the evening. The tram was quite loud all through the night and the only ironing board was a community one and the iron did not work; instead it just spit up water all over my shirt. Very disappointed in our stay and I do not recommend this hotel to those who are trying to have a stress free vacation.
