Great location close to the old town and the castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful- we had an early trip booked and they were happy to provide a breakfast bag as we would be missing breakfast. Room was clean and smelled lovely every time we entered it.

We had a castle view room. The view was great & even though it was by the road the room was very quiet. The room was spotless & the Clarins toiletries were very welcome. The staff were very friendly & exceptionally helpful with arranging tours & explaining about buses & trams. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were very good at replenishing the stocks. The coffee was excellent.

Excellent hotel. We arrived early and the front desk was able to hold our bags for us. Very walkable to most city sites as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety. Would recommend!

Great location, 10 mins walk from the castle and 15 to the centre of the old town. There are a couple of grocery shops and very popular street food outlets within yards of the hotel. Well appointed rooms having just been refurbished. Would benefit from a few more english speaking tv channels though. Breakfast was great with a fantastic choice of hot and cold foods. Happy to stay again for sure!

Great location

Lovely corner apartment, which overlooked the river and Wawel castle. Within walking distance to main squares, jewish quarter etc. Would highly recommend. Great variety of food for breakfast. Staff very friendly.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Kossak! The food was delicious, the rooms spotless, and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect, and I felt very welcome. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
