convenience surrounds it

Great service, great location to mall/movies/grocery store…all walkable and water park is next door. Small room. Bed isn’t very comfortable but it was for 2 nights. A lot of parking is available and easy to navigate to Old Town by car. We enjoyed staying away from the busy center of Krakowz. Its also dog friendly which was very important to us. We would stay here again. It was very convenient.

Unfortunately, there was an additional fee for the pool and use of the beach. PLN 48 per person for 2.5 hours of the aquapark and PLN 15 for the beach for the whole day. Od I had known about the extra charges, I would have chosen a different hotel. No extra bed for a child. No towel or pillow for a child. Breakfast very good.

Das Zimmer war okay.Die Heizung bzw.Klima viel zu warm,ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen.Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber sauber.Teppich ziemlich fleckig.Was aber gar nicht gut war,das Bett.Man lag fast auf dem Boden,nichts Gutes für den Rücken. Personal war sehr freundlich.Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Das Hotel präsentiert sich als Wellness-Hotel und wirbt mit einer Sauna sowie einem Bild eines nahegelegenen Schwimmbads, das jedoch nicht einmal zum Hotel gehört. Dabei werden wesentliche Details verschwiegen: Auf der Hotels.com-Webseite wird nicht erwähnt, dass die Nutzung der Sauna nach einer Stunde mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden ist. Dieses Vorgehen ist irreführend und grenzt an Betrug seitens des Hotels, da weder die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Sauna noch die eingeschränkte Verfügbarkeit transparent offengelegt werden. Das Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung, allerdings hatte ich den Eindruck, dass uns die Reste einer Abendveranstaltung vom Vortag serviert wurden. Das Hotel, die Zimmer sowie der Wellnessbereich sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, was auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.
