This hotel was beautiful. The room was immaculate. They had robes and slippers, fully stocked mini fridge, towel warmer. The staff were so helpful and spoke English. We didn't have time to enjoy the spa/pool area but it was stunning. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that had the best pasta I have ever had. The hotel was also a short 15 minute walk from the airport and to the train station which was important for us. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. If we ever go back to Krakow we will definitely stay here.

Very nice hotel pool & sauna. Night staff is a bit sleepy and sleeps in the room across from front desk. Sometimes dont answer phone. Put together a breakfast for my day trip but was absolutely trash 4 sandwiches? Why? When I checked in 6 people were jumping and beating someone up right in the street, possible club soccer thing?

This is a great hotel, inside the old town which has limited car traffic. You can move around on foot from it even out of old town. It was a great property location, restaurant and staff.

5* location, 3 1/2 * hotel. Not as advertised: our “junior suite” was a nice room but it was quite narrow and had a queen rather than the advertised king bed. The common areas were only open very limited hours and we were told the bar area was “just for show”. Also, the elevator didn’t service our part of the building. However the location was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing stay !!! The breakfast was spectacular! Complementary champagne every night got rid of my jet leg ! Rooms are super clean and oh so comfortable with down pillows and down comforters. Sooooo happy I chose this hotel. It’s right by the main square - this is absolutely where you want to stay !!!!! And this is coming from a very picky guest …. My kids, husband and I enjoyed Krakow very much all thanks to Wyndham!
