A very nice Hotel. The rooms are quiet und you can reach the historic city in minutes by foot. The team was exceptionally friendly. Also an absolute recommendation is the Ibis Kitchen. So good food for fair prices. A superb hotel!

Perfect stay

Helpful and polite at reception. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels left. Great location as only a 15 min walk to centre. Would definitely stay here again

unsafe sofa bed for kids

Location is next to the river so nice to have a stroll. The room is quite small but for city travel when most people use hotel as a place to sleep only, then it’s fine. The thing I’m most disappointed with is the design of the sofa bed. The sofa bed is attached to the wall with the panel sticking out from the wall above the sofa bed. So when my son slept on it, there is a panel above his head and quite close above the sofa bed. When he wiggles and turns, he banned his head on the panel every night. I wrapped around extra towel along the panel to make it less impact and hurt less but due to the layout there isn’t a way to secure the towel and it kept falling off. When I mentioned this to reception, they didn’t offer any solution and didn’t even apologise even after I showed them the bruise on my son’s forehead. What a terrible and stupid design. This isn’t a safe place to stay for children. Avoid!

Clean room and bathroom, comfy bed. Friendly service at reception. Tea and coffee facilities could have been topped up each morning. I had to ask at reception for milk and they had none there. They said to ask the next morning which was a bit inconvenient.

Die Lage ist super um Krakau zu Fuß zu erkunden. Frühstück war in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. Das kenne ich aus anderen Ibis Hotels besser. Personal war sehr freundlich. In der Nacht war es ruhig. Einen Safe, wie es eigentlich üblich heutzutage ist vermisst man.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado em Cracóvia. O café da manhã era muito variado e gostoso. Gostamos bastante que tinha bebedouro no corredor. A estrutura é Íbis, então não há novidade.

Gutes Hotel, wenn man das Zimmer auf der…

…richtigen Straßenseite erwischt. + Schönes Hotel. Gute Lage. Vom Flughafen mit dem Bus 300 um nur ~1€ in weniger als 30 Minuten im Hotel. In ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Lage an der Weichsel auch schön für einen Spaziergang oder um in der Sonne zu sitzen. Sauber, bequeme Betten. Wasserkocher für löslichen Kaffee und Tee. Koffeinfreier Kaffee vorhanden, mein persönlicher Pluspunkt :) - Kleinere Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer fehlen, wie zB ein Mülleimer im Zimmer (nur ein kleiner im Bad), kein Kühlschrank, keine goodies im Bad, wie zB Nagelfeile, Duschhaube. - allergrößter Minuspunkt überhaupt: der Lärm!!! Manche Bewertungen schreiben von den ruhigen Zimmern. Mein Zimmer ging auf die Straße hinaus und war direkt über der Tankstelle. Der Lärm war nachts kaum auszuhalten!!! Vor allem Samstag Nacht!!! Motorräder, junge Leute die an der Tankstelle die Musik im Auto extra laut aufdrehen, Laster die tanken. Es war UNERTRÄGLICH laut!!! Da sollte sich das Hotel echt was einfallen lassen, neue Schalldichte Fenster oder die Zimmer auf dieser Seite nur im Notfall vergeben. Aber es war wirklich katastrophal laut. Hab ich auf all meinen Reisen noch nie erlebt. Ansonsten ein wirklich solides gutes Hotel.

Sehr gute Adresse in Krakau

Super! Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage am Weichsel lädt zum spazieren ein. In die Altstadt läuft man ca 15 min. Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet, frisch Renoviert. Sehr gutes Frühstück, super nette Mitarbeiter. Unsere Empfehlung für ein Kurz Trip in Krakau.
