Very close to the train station and short walk to the main square - very good location. Helpful staff. No breakfast area- breakfast bags delivered every morning that contained loads of food - very generous. 40 degree heat when we visited. We were given a fan, but the room was still incredibly hot. Freakish weather - not the hotel’s fault. I would consider going back at a cooler time of the year.

The two key factors in choosing this flat we're site and location. Perfect in both. Just 150m from the Mall and train station and easy walking distance to Old Town. Plenty of nearby restaurants. The one downside was lack of AC. Normally not a major issue in Krakow but this week happened to have a red level heat warning.

Beautiful brick building located at such a convenient location. The apartment was spacious, kitchenette was facilitated with microwave and electric water heater, we could have a quick breakfast before going out. Comfortable stay, highly recommended.

Wifi signal in room 1.3 is weak, barely can connect. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Got Kitchenware and microwave. Partition in the shower is a bit not functional. Adding extra bed is possible, just need to ask in advance. Location is perfect, 5-10 mins walk to the mall the train/coach station and supermarket.

Good hotel with a great location!

The room felt a little dated and could do with some renovating however it was clean and very spacious. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was in an excellent location right next to the train station and a short walk from the old town.
