Energylandia Stay

Great service, nice easy shuttle to Energylandia (runs twice a day, to and from FYI). Restaurant was solid and breakfast had great options.

The resort is very convenient if you want to spend the day in Energylandia. The “super cool” bus take you there and bring you back in the evening. The breakfast in the resort is really nice, with different options to choose. One morning we couldn’t join breakfast and the lady from reception offered pack lunches instead which was really kind.

L'hôtel est pratique, a 5 minutes d'Energylandia. Les chambres sont tres bruyantes, les lits sont peu confortables, et l'accès qu chambres n'est pas très bien indiqué Le personnel en revanche est tres agréable Le buffet du petit dejeuner offre un large choix de plat, mais la qualité n'est pas au top sur tous les plats

This is a really intriguing resort - from glamping in repurposed shipping containers to a very comfortable hotel with many activities available, this place is worth visiting.

It was a unique setting but could definitely use some help. One major thing is that it was 85 degrees when we checked into our room. We immediately turned the AC down to a low setting. It did not get cooler within two hours so I went to the office to see what could be done. They sent a repair guy and he looked at it for 5 seconds and said we would just have to wait another hour or more for it to cool down. It never did. We had to open the windows and thankfully it was cool at night, enough to sleep. This is not acceptable. You need to have someone that cares about the customer and if something isn't working, then fix it or move them to another room.

Es war sehr sauber, Personal sehr nett. Unterkunft sauber, zweckmäsig. Für die 2 Nächte die wir da waren super. Frühstück war super. Es wurde damit geworben das deutsch gesprochen wird, war leider nicht so aber mit etwas englisch ging es auch.

Zimmer war sehr schön, Service nett, Frühstücksangebot top! Hotel liegt sehr angenehm umgeben von unberührter Natur. Waren super schöne Tage! Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag, der Shuttle Bus zum Energylandia könnte zusätzlich nochmal am Nachmittag fahren, für Familien ist von 10.00 Uhr bis 19.45 Uhr recht lang.

Room and Service The accommodation we were hosted was a single room with bathroom. It was clean, nice furnitured and comfortable. I had a problem with the safe. The caretaker came to fix it right after I had told the reception. After that I hadn’t have any problems with that. The reception by the way was always on duty, very kindly and helpfully. Things to do at the resort We lent electric bikes and drove with them. It was much fun for the kids and for us as adults as well. The guy who worked there was named Nikita. A very friendly and courteous young man. He made a good job. The pool area has a bar and you can relaxe there in a nice vicinity. The Spa is equipped with a Sauna and two Jacuzzis. It is a nice place to calm down. Breakfast The breakfast was perfekt. They had everything. Eggs, different kinds of bread, different kinds of coffee and so on. There is nothing to ad. There is just one point we recognised. The shuttle to the Energylandia went in the morning and got the people back in the evening, when the park was going to get closed. This is to long. In my opinion, it would have been better to get another lift in the afternoon. 16:00 would be a good time I think. I the end, we were very happy with our decision to book a room in the Scandinavia Resort and would like to come there again.

When we arrived at the property we had not eaten and it was late. The restaurant was closng at 10 pm and the vending machine wasn’t working. The area is just the resort was on its own area with no shops close by. There was only one restaurant and it had a limited menu that was the same for lunch and dinner. We didn’t think we would have a problem but we did. We wanted a taxi the following notbing but the taxi did not turn up. We decided to hire a car which was 9 miles away - get a car if you want to see thing.

Great stay!!

I don’t normally do reviews but I want to say this place was great. We only stayed for two night as we were going to Energylandia for for the duration of our stay. Great place to go if you’ve got kids of all ages even better they have a bus that takes and brings you back which was a nice touch. Can’t fault the cleanness of our room, both restaurants and the reception and outside garden areas absolutely spotless! Breakfast was ok again staff kept all areas clean. The main restaurant was great the food for the price was excellent. Overall great stay and definitely will go back. Shame we got ripped off by the airport taxi but you live and learn.
