The Space:

Belair Caribbean Sea is a spacious 120 m² apartment located in sought-after Belnem, south of the center towards the salt pans. This accommodation is situated on the ground floor of the BelAir complex and offers beautiful ocean views. With Good and More supermarket at 450 meters, Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis) at 900 meters, restaurant Brass Boer at 850 meters, and Dive Friends Delfins dive center at 750 meters away, everything is within reach. The accommodation has no pool but offers direct access to the ocean with a house reef right in front.

Guest Access:

As a guest at Belair Caribbean Sea, you have access to the entire 120 m² apartment, including both air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped open kitchen, living room, and spacious terrace with spectacular ocean views. You can park for free both on the premises and on the street, and the house reef directly in front of the accommodation is completely at your disposal for unlimited snorkeling pleasure. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanation about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals personally! The Neighborhood:

South of the center and towards the salt pans: one of Bonaire's most famous residential and vacation zones, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem grew into a collective name for luxury subdivisions like La Palma, Sabal Palm, Lima, Punt Vierkant, and Playa Esmeralda. You're close to beloved south coast beaches (like Bachelor's Beach) and iconic dive sites; ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. Quiet residential area with quick routes to airport and downtown.

Getting Around:

A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Belair Caribbean Sea in Belnem. With your own car, all corners of the island are reachable at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone to rent a car, as this enables you to get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There is no public transportation and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship has docked, for example.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early or late check-in or check-out is possible upon request, depending on other guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
