Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 8 sits within the sought-after Belmar complex in Punt Vierkant. Enjoy sea views, a private ground-floor terrace, and access to the communal pool and garden. Bachelor’s Beach and renowned shore dives like The Lake and Angel City are close by. A comfortable base for snorkelers, divers, and sun seekers who value both location and convenience.

The Space:
This comfortable condo sits in Punt Vierkant, at Belmar Oceanfront Apartments, offering lovely sea views. With 60 m² of living space, daily needs are close: Good and More: 350 meters, Bachelor’s Beach: 650 meters, Brass Boer: 950 meters, and dive center Dive Friends Delfins: 950 meters. The condo is on the ground floor. Guests have access to the communal outdoor swimming pool (regular pool) with surrounding pool deck—perfect for a refreshing dip after a day out.

Guest Access:
As a guest of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 8, you’ll have access to the entire condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, open kitchen, and your private terrace. You can also use the shared garden and pool deck with the communal swimming pool. The home is single-level with step-free access and has a private entrance. Parking is free both on-site and on the street, right by the complex. All arrivals are personally hosted by Sunwise—we’ll coordinate your check-in and share island tips.

The Neighborhood:
Upscale coastal zone along azure waters, just south of the airport. Here you’ll find luxury villas (right on the sea, sometimes with private docks) and direct access to famous dive spots such as The Lake, Angel City, and the Hilma Hooker wreck site. Punt Vierkant is made for sea views, sunsets, and premium comfort—a top location for having the best of Bonaire’s west coast at your doorstep.

Getting Around:
A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore beyond the immediate surroundings of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 8 in Punt Vierkant. With your own wheels, you can reach every corner at your own pace—from secluded snorkel spots to local eateries. We recommend renting a car. Most roads are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup or SUV is advised. Park roads are unpaved and can be rough. There’s no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on cruise ship days.

Other Things to Note:

Beautiful, easy access.

Our family of 4, including two teenagers, very much enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect to relax and sunbathe. The dock, for immediate diving was so great. Buddy’s shop onsite was so helpful and convenient. We dove the whole island and we agreed that the best dives were within 5 minutes of our place. We will most definitely return.
