「Nice, stylish hotel. Needs a small basin in the toilet. Gym needs a bit of love. Nice touch at breakfast: the many styles of cereal, fresh mint and ginger for tea」

「The staffs are passionated and helpful. High performance. The place is both peaceful and energetic. Price are reasonable.」

「Good! Nothing to complain」

「It is very good for everything.」

「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out, said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」

There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a...
